How do I reset the Smarter Coffee - 2nd Generation's WIFI?

To reset the coffee's WIFI, please press and hold the beans button (bottom button on the left-hand side) until factory reset appears on the screen then unplug for about 10 seconds before plugging back in.

Now you can set up your Smarter Coffee - 2nd Generation!

    The wifi is not working - I go this response, now my tickets are all deleted. When will this be fixed? It has been 3 weeks.

    We are currently experiencing a temporary disruption with one of our service providers, which is affecting connected features such as the app and Alexa integration. The hardware itself remains fully functional, and our team is working to restore service as quickly as possible.

    We ask for proof of purchase or order details only to confirm whether a customer may be eligible for a goodwill offer; it’s not related to fixing the current issue, which is a service-side disruption and not a fault with your kettle.

    Meanwhile months pass and this very poor company continue to leave their customers without any support. They ask for a receipt or order number so they can shrug their shoulders of any responsibility, not so they can change their offer. I have two machines, neither of which connect to WiFi both were given to me so I have no receipt or order numbers. We should all write to isabella@smarter.am one of the only 2 active “directors” listed on companies house to complain, although since their last accounts are well overdue I suspect they are essentially bankrupt financially as well as morally.

    I am afraid you are right. I wish there was another grinder/coffemaker on the market that worked with wifi or Alexa. I have not found any. Right now, my coffeemaker is a plain one with a grinder - not worth what I paid for it.
